National Rural Assembly 2015 Sep 8-10 and Rural Advocacy 101 Webinar Aug 19

In a concerted effort to keep our Rural Communities informed about events and information important to your town and rural communities in general, we are sharing events and conference information via our social media venues.  Below is an important conference as well as a FREE webinar that will air on Aug. 19th.

In partnership with the National Rural Assembly, the  National Congress of American Indian’s Legislative and Policy Research Centers is hosting a Rural Advocacy 101 webinar on Wednesday, August 19 at 11:00am ET.You should consider joining us for this webinar if you plan to attend the 2015 National Rural Assembly’s Advocacy Day on September 10.

During Advocacy Day we will:

  • Meet with White House Rural Council members
  • Host a Congressional briefing on rural child poverty
  • Schedule visits with Congressional members on the Hill
